Welcome to Sans Souci
A charming neighborhood blossoming on the edge of Greenville
This charming neighborhood is in the midst of a revitalization. It has been ongoing for many years, but residents are beginning to see major fruits from their efforts in this unique and beautiful neighborhood. Sans Souci is located just a few miles north of Downtown Greenville and is a hallmark of vitality and care.
Sans Souci has a long and storied history, one that residents have worked hard to maintain even as the community has been revitalized throughout the years. It was originally an estate and a country club, which briefly became a girls’ school and was then developed into a residential community. It struggled for many years, but it was revitalized by the people that live there — many of whom have families that have lived in the neighborhood for generations.
With streets full of Victorian-style architecture, charming bungalows, Craftsmans, and new construction, there’s something for everyone in this charming neighborhood. It’s a mix of new constructions and renovated homes, but they all have a quintessential charm to them that permeates the neighborhood as a whole.
