Built in 1905, this restored historic property is recognized by the Pickens County Historical Society. Originally operating as the Pecan Terrace Hotel, it welcomed railroad workers and schoolteachers from Easley’s first high school, tying the property to the “Pickens Doodle” railroad and the local education community.

As you enter the oversized foyer, you are greeted by original hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and preserved architectural details, including exposed original beams and ceiling elements that highlight the home’s craftsmanship.
