As Engagement Director at The Gallo Company, an independent brokerage, development, and property management firm, Tyler represents clients in property purchases and sales and provides tenant representation for commercial leases. He brings a strong residential sales foundation to work, ranging from finding a home and evaluating rental investments to identifying the right space for a business.

Tyler pairs creative vision with analytical rigor to uncover a property’s potential and assess what it would take to realize it. His investment underwriting examines projected income, expenses, and risk. His development advisory work focuses on early-stage decisions: evaluating land, testing possible uses against market demand and project economics, and coordinating due diligence. He translates complex information into clear options and brings together the professionals needed to determine practical next steps.

With a particular affinity for Greenville’s neighborhoods, Tyler is interested in thoughtful infill development and missing-middle housing that expand housing choices while respecting neighborhood character. He draws on his marketing degree from North Greenville University to guide property positioning and contribute to the firm’s brand and agent development, emphasizing clear communication, thoughtful stewardship, and long-term value.

That commitment to community extends beyond his professional work. Tyler serves as secretary on the Sterling Land Trust board and supports Front Porch Housing alongside his wife, Walker.
