Welcome to Downtown Greenville

A walkable neighborhood filled with history and culture

This dynamic, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood is jam-packed with things to do. Its bustling main street lined with lush trees and charming shops and restaurants is the go-to spot for many Greenville residents and visitors. The town is full of history, green spaces, and great nightlife, making it the perfect urban hub for those wanting to live right in the heart of Greenville.

Just a few decades ago, Downtown Greenville was not the charming spot it is today. It has had its signature trolleys running since 1901, but during the revitalization of Downtown, they were made free and now run on six different lines. With large-scale developments and community initiatives, Downtown became a dazzling gem of the region.

Downtown Greenville has a carefully curated aesthetic. The city created a plan as it was revitalizing the downtown area, and it has transformed the community into a colorful, walkable neighborhood full of greenspaces. There are plenty of gorgeous condos, townhouses, and single-family homes Downtown. They honor the history of the city while being carefully renovated to support the needs of 21st Century homeowners.
